YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Hey Beautiful People, can’t we be real? Some of us don’t ever feel like we’re good enough. Or that we are doing enough or that we’re making enough progress. As fast as our wheels are spinning we should be reaping in on more benefits. I’m about to honest AF right now. That is how I feel. I’m the strong friend. I know that many of my sistars feel the same way. We are the grinders and while everyone is seeking encouragement and motivation from us meanwhile we’re picking ourselves up from a good cry only to go hard again. Or some of us don’t even have tears left to cry. Some of us are tired AF of crying because when we wipe the tears away all we see is the same ish. My fellow moms/bonusmoms, fellow sisters, fellow entrepreneurs, fellow go getters and fellow business owners. I thank God for my sistars that I can be real with and the ones who are real with me. We get real in these accountability groups. These challenges/ support groups where yes we workout BUT most importantly we heal in those groups.
Some of us get so down on ourselves and we are struggling to stay above our thoughts, fears, insecurities and the way we feel about the choices we’ve made that has led us to where we are. I work out to release all the negative. To release the ideas of lack that once consumed me. I thank God that I no longer live there. I visit cause I’m human from time to time but I don’t stay there!!!
It is no easy task to motivate and encourage people when you feel lost. To lead when you’re not sure you’d follow you. I’m here to tell you YOU ARE NOT ALONE! It’s going to always feel like you’re the only one going through the fire when you’re in the fire. I learned that everyone fighting to grow is either having an internal battle or just come out of one. Trust me on that.
