Ever feel like you’re trying to put pieces together and not necessarily to create the masterpiece of your life but just to find some type of rhythm, balance, happiness and of course incorporate a healthier lifestyle? I have to say today I started over on my nutrition and workout program because last week was just a really tough week for me with me being sick majority of the week and unable to work out this week I just feel like I could just bring in a whole new, rejuvenated me.

Cheers to anyone here choosing to start over! I’m right there with you sister!! I’m here to remind you that we’re just building stronger foundations when doing so. There is no shame in seeing that you need to change the course, make a BOLDER commitment (to YOU), and this time maybe ditch those inconsistencies, regret, grief that the past decisions bring.

Something I’ve been reminded of and it keeps coming up is that “you are entirely up to you.” Your results, meeting your goals, your attitude towards well everything is TOTALLY up to you. This switches gears a bit for me and my clients when I remind them your win is entirely up to you staying in the game!!! Can’t stay in the game if you prefer watching on the sidelines and cheering on everyone else’s victory!

What does "FIT" mean to you?

The past few months I’ve been doing a shift, beginning of Jan we moved out of our condo of 11 yrs. And into our new home end of January 🏠, packing, unpacking, than packed again, currently (still unpacking). 2019 started off with us purging lots of “things”, and belongings. It than started the process of us being open to new beginnings, setting new intentions for the new year ahead, my business, how I can reach more women, moms and seeing how I can truly reach struggling moms. This got me to thinking and I began reflecting back to why I started on this journey, where I was mentally and physically, how I felt and knew this is where I would need to lead. 


A healthier lifestyle means a happier mom. A happy help mate. You’re your most happiest when health is not an issue. Am I right?! Which lead me to PREnatal and POSTnatal Fitness because that’s where I needed help the most. Never got it 14 yrs ago. Made better choices 9 yrs ago still didn’t hit the mark until about 4yrs ago and from there things began to make sense and my eyes began to open more and more I learned, got certifications, did the work on myself, found out that indeed it does work so now its time to share. The fact that majority of my Fit Squad are women, moms, busy, pressured and overwhelmed made total sense to me this is what is needed. My sisters need this. While this is a total switch as I recently completed my Round 3 Transform: 20 and I have been doing it since September have become as empowered, strong and feeling accomplished it is time for me to switch gears a bit‼️ While some of my tribe will be going onto their Round 2 with a cardio, HIIT, step, weightlifting program. I’ll be leading ✨To Be Fit Group✨ with some of my mom coaches who have also expressed their struggle to get back into the routine as new moms trying to incorporate healthy living and habits.

To Be Fit Accountability Group will be for all WOMEN of all stages in their wellness journey. It’s for preggo mommas, postnatal moms just starting on their journey who want to learn how to stay active with their changing (or new) body and feel more comfortable during each stage of this journey both pregnancy and afterwards. We’ll be cheering each other on while creating new healthier habits.


I know when I first started on my journey when my I had my babies and wanted to get back to me, I didn’t know where to start. I was a mess, uncomfortable and at home workouts were ideal but I didn’t have the community and support that I am now partnered with nor the tools and mindset that I am equipped with now. I want to offer that to moms because I get it. 


We will be focusing 80% on nutrition fueling our bodies properly and 20% on daily movement. Which means for mommas who don’t yet have clearance to workout post pregnancy this group is for you too!!! You won’t feel lost! Two groups based on your GOALS & NEEDS together we’ll choose the right plan that is more suitable for you. You can always go to the next level as your body & needs change since you will have access to all the tools for all levels of fitness and equipped with over 800 workouts for an entire year. Writing New Chapters With the Help of a Winters Sun Rise

Every morning for years, I’ve I looked out this same window. I am a dreamer if you haven’t already noticed. I’d dream, I’d wonder, hope for more, sometimes I’d smile finish my thoughts and then go and start my day.

I can’t remember when I started looking out my old bedroom window but I do remember that I more often than not I really disliked what I saw for years. I judged everything. All I saw was the bad, the negative, the things that I didn’t like it reminded me of decisions that Ive made in the past that may have led me to where I found myself unhappy, left in discontent and wavering faith. It was really a reflection of where I was mentally and emotionally. 

It wasn’t until I really started to the work on me physically with my daily workouts, heightening my spiritual awareness. Getting to know ME and most importantly the Most High in a more intimate way. Going above and beyond with doing personal development which every business professional, wellness coach, human being should be incorporating into their daily practice. I started waking up earlier in the morning before the sun would rise and would watch the sky move. This was every morning after my prayer/meditation/ devotions. I’d watch the sun peek through the skies. And noticed how the sun brightened up my view. What changed? A different mindset. A different outlook. It was the same view. I chose to adjust my focus. It was mind blowing. Same view, same window, same place I called home. All along all I had to do was change what I chose to see. One of my prayers I asked was Lord I just want a home with a beautiful view. I’ve always had a view just needed a new set of eyes to view it with. To view things more through my soul.

With tears of joy I walked through our condo for the last time (alone) that we called home for years the sun once again came to shine on me. I felt a wave of emotions because in this very room I prayed, fasted, cried, created, nursed, made love and everything in between. My goodness I’m so blessed I thought. Blessed beyond belief.

Next chapter is about to be SO DOPE. On to new levels. Don’t be afraid to be great y’all! You deserve it!!! 

2018 has been A BEAST.

On this wellness journey and in becoming a health coach it’s been about healing so I can help others heal. Spreading my wings, taking leaps working, launching passion projects which has brought more clarity, conviction in the process allowing me to touch and serve more people who need it in the process.
